Our cuisine has a very special flavour and deserves to be particularly mentioned.
The restaurant setting is extremely warm and cozy, the perfect surrounding to taste every day some other recipe on our Chef’s menu. Some are very ladin and traditional, some others are refined pleasures of our italian culinary tradition and last but not least you can also enjoy a more international cuisine.
Taste our specialties: You can have a taste of our local cheese, “Puzzone” or “cher de Fascia”. Of course we care about our guests with food intolerances, allergies and special requests as well and every day your children can choose a menu they like best.
Our food can be matched with the best Trentino and South Tyrolean wines or if you prefer also with excellent Italian wines.
Every day a rich buffet with fresh vegetables is displayed….and a breakfast buffet with a variety of “something sweet and something salted” to strenghten you in the morning and provide you with a real energy boost for the day in the mountains or on the ski slopes.
