Starting with a good morning, BREAKFAST at Hotel Italia is the perfect time to start your daily mountain vacation.
A recharge of energy, sweet and savory, perfect and necessary to experience the Val di Fassa through the many outdoor activities.

DINNER encompasses each day a tale of traditional flavors and recipes, and more. Local products, the quality of ingredients and the meticulous wisdom in transforming them into pleasantly tasty dishes are in the foreground.
